Order one label. Yes, one.
There is no minimum quantity at Mae Mae. Short runs go on our digital presses, which print from file — no plates to make, no make-ready sheets to waste — so a run of one costs us the same set-up as a run of ten thousand.
That is what makes us the right factory for a brand launching its first product, a pilot run before the retail listing, or a spare-parts label you need twelve of. We will tell you honestly when a bigger quantity brings the unit price down, and we will never tell you the job is too small.
Proof: most label lines in the factory are digital — there is no plate cost that needs a minimum to justify itself.
No tooling charges, whatever the job size
Most printers quote "tooling" — a plate fee, a cutting-die fee, sometimes a set-up fee — and it is what makes a small job expensive. We absorb it. Labels are cut on digital cutting tables that need no die, and our folding carton dies are made in-house, so we do not pass the cost on.
It applies to folding cartons as much as labels, and it applies to reorders: when your artwork changes, there is nothing to remake and nothing to pay.

A sales team that knows your job
Send us an artwork file, a photo of the product, or a competitor's label, and you will hear back within one business day — on LINE, by phone or by email, in Thai, English or Chinese. The person who replies is the person who will follow your order through the factory.
To get a quotation fast, tell us the product, the size, the quantity, and where the label or box will live: chilled, outdoors, on a machine, on a shelf.
Proof: we answer Monday to Saturday, 8:00–17:00, and quotations go out the same or the next working day.
Because your production line does not wait
Labels ship in 3–7 working days and folding cartons in 10–15, and we give you a date, not a hope. The factory runs 24 hours, six days a week, with several digital lines in parallel, and every job is planned end to end in one ERP system from artwork approval to dispatch — so the date we give you is the date the planning board shows.
Urgent jobs are possible; tell us the date you need and we will tell you what it takes.

Colour
Measured, recorded, repeated
Colour at Mae Mae is measured with instruments, not judged by eye. Every SKU's colour values are stored, and every reorder is measured against them before it leaves the press — so the tenth lot matches the first, and the label matches the box.
The whole factory works under one G7 colour standard, labels and folding cartons alike, which is why a brand can print its packaging with us in three different processes and see one colour.

FAQ
Is there really no minimum?
Yes. One label, one folding carton. Unit cost falls with quantity and we will show you where the steps are.
Do you charge for plates or dies?
No — not for labels and not for folding cartons. Dies are made in-house and digital labels need no plates, so there is no tooling line on our quotation.
How fast will you reply?
Within one business day, Monday to Saturday. Quotations the same or the next working day.
Will my reorder match the first order?
Yes — colour values per SKU are stored and re-measured before dispatch, against the reference we agreed with you.
Can you test my material before I order?
Yes — the lab tests adhesion, rub, heat, humidity and barcode grade to your conditions, with a report.
Digital vs offset vs flexo — which will you use for my job and why?
It depends on your quantity, colour requirements and application. Digital gives no minimum and no tooling; offset is used for folding cartons and for large-volume work. Tell us the job and we choose the process — the colour standard is the same either way.
What is a die / plate and why do other printers charge for it?
Plates carry the image on a conventional press and dies cut the label or carton shape; most printers charge for both. Our planning system groups your job with other work on the same lines, so we absorb the tooling cost and there is no tooling line on a Mae Mae quotation.
