Most brands change packaging supplier two or three times as they grow: the print shop that did the first hundred labels cannot do the applicator rolls, the roll printer cannot do the folding cartons, the folding carton printer cannot pass the retailer's audit. Every change means new artwork checks, new colour, new people, and a launch at risk. Mae Mae is built so that none of those changes are necessary. The same file, the same recorded colour values, the same team and the same factory carry a brand from its first order to full retail and export volume.

Stage 1 —
New brand
Digital labels from a single piece, with no minimum order and no tooling charges, so the first run costs what it should. Prepress checks the artwork free and recommends a material for the real application — chilled, oily, outdoor, on a machine — before anything is printed. Colour values are recorded per SKU from day one, so the second order matches the first.
Stage 2 —
Growing brand
Roll labels rewound to your labelling machine's unwind direction and core; first folding cartons from 1,000 pieces on multi-colour offset; one colour standard across label and box, so the pack on the shelf matches itself. Lead times of 3–7 working days for labels and 10–15 for folding cartons, planned in one ERP system and confirmed as dates, not estimates.
Retail
Stage 3 —
Retail-listed or exporting
The retailer's or importer's supplier audit asks for documents; we have them. FSSC 22000 and HACCP for food-contact packaging, FSC®-certified board, ISO 9001 and 14001, AQL inspection reports per lot, barcode grading to A or B, and a materials laboratory that tests adhesion, rub, heat, cold and humidity before a material is recommended.
Export
Stage 4 —
OEM and multinational
IATF 16949 for automotive and electronics supply chains, more than 20 UL-certified label materials, variable-data and serial labels, nameplates and die-cut technical parts, supplier audits welcomed, and several digital and offset lines running 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, for volumes in the millions.
