FAQ
How long does production take?
Labels: 3–7 working days after price and artwork approval. Folding cartons: 10–15 working days after proof approval. Special materials or multi-step finishing can take longer, and we tell you before confirming.
Do you ship nationwide / export?
Yes. We deliver nationwide and export. Delivery is included for Samut Prakan, Bangkok and Chonburi; for other provinces and overseas, transport is quoted separately.
What file format should I send? (AI, PDF, resolution, bleed)
Send an Adobe Illustrator (AI) file with fonts outlined; a print-ready PDF also works. Include 3 mm bleed and images at 300 dpi. If the file is not ready, send what you have and prepress will tell you what is missing.
Can I see a proof or sample before the full run?
Yes. You are welcome to approve colour at the press in our factory, or we send photos and video of the proof through our LINE Official Account before the full run.
Do you offer design or dieline help if I have no artwork?
Yes. Our design and structural team can prepare the artwork or the carton dieline from your product dimensions, and cut a sample for you to test.
Where is the factory and can I visit?
The factory is in the Bang Pu Industrial Estate, Samut Prakan, about 15 minutes from the Kanchanaphisek expressway. Customers and auditors are welcome by appointment — the map is on our Contact page.
Do you handle Thai, English and Chinese enquiries?
Yes. Our sales team handles enquiries in Thai, English, Chinese and Japanese on LINE, phone or email.
