why it matters
When the box comes from one printer and the label from another, the brand colour is printed on two different materials by two different colour systems — and on the shelf they rarely match. At Mae Mae the box and the label are printed in the same factory, measured with the same instruments and controlled to the same G7/GMI standard, by one team.

Send the product dimensions or the product itself; our structural team designs the dieline and cuts a sample for you to test.
Window boxes?
Yes — die-cut window with PET film patched automatically.
Which board thickness / grammage should my carton use?
It depends on the product's size and weight and on how the box is handled. Our structural team recommends the board grade and cuts a white sample so you can test it before production.
Can you make a white sample / mock-up before production?
Yes — a white sample is cut on our digital cutting table from the actual board, free of charge, before any die is made.
Will the carton run on my automatic cartoner?
Yes. Our structural team designs the carton for your packing machine — crease depth, glue flaps and tolerances — and you can test the white sample on the line before production.
