Mae Mae Industrial Co., Ltd. ("Mae Mae", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Last updated 21 September 2026.

What we collect
Quotation and contact requests
When you use the quotation form or write to us, we collect what you enter: name, company, e-mail address, phone number or LINE ID, and the details of the product you are asking about — quantity, material, size, application and any notes. Artwork or product photos you send by LINE or e-mail are handled the same way.
Website use
The website is a static site served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and performance; we do not run advertising trackers. If we add web analytics in future, this policy will be updated and any cookie consent required by law will be requested.
LINE
If you contact us on the LINE Official Account @maemae, LINE Corporation processes the conversation under its own privacy policy, and we see your LINE display name and the messages you send.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, check artwork, recommend a material, prepare a quotation, and — if you order — to produce and deliver the job, invoice it and provide after-sales support. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or the steps you ask us to take before one, and our legitimate interest in running a manufacturing business. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing e-mail without your consent.
Who sees it
Mae Mae's sales, prepress, production and accounting staff, to the extent needed for your job. Service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), our form-delivery service (Web3Forms) and e-mail provider, and the courier or freight forwarder for deliveries. Auditors or authorities where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders: up to two years, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Orders: for as long as the commercial relationship lasts plus the period Thai accounting and tax law requires, and the colour and specification records we keep so reorders match.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
Security
Data is held in systems protected by access control and encryption in transit. The quotation form submits over HTTPS. We do not ask for payment details or government identification through this website.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
