Most label jobs here run on digital presses, and that is deliberate. With no plates there is no minimum and no tooling charge, and the design can change every lot at no extra cost. Colour values are recorded per SKU, so every reorder matches. We print with water-based, environmentally friendly ink, or with UV ink of high lightfastness where the application needs it. When volumes rise, several digital lines running 24 hours carry the same job into the millions without a colour change — and where a specification or quantity suits a conventional press better, the same factory runs those lines too, under the same colour standard.

What is the minimum order?
None — we produce from a single label, because digital printing needs no plates. Small runs cost more per piece than large ones, and we will suggest the quantity that makes sense for your use.
How long does production take?
3–7 working days after artwork and proof approval. Special materials or multi-step finishing can take longer; we tell you before confirming.
Are there tooling charges?
No. All tooling is free, including custom die shapes.
Can you supply rolls for my labelling machine?
Yes — give us the machine model, or the unwind direction and core size, and we rewind to your machine's spec
Which material should I use?
It depends on the surface, temperature, moisture and required life. We carry every material and adhesive type because we supply every industry; send a photo of the product and its conditions and we recommend, free

How much do custom labels cost / how is the price calculated?
The price depends on size, material, quantity and finishing. Using one of our standard materials keeps the price very competitive; send us the size, quantity and where the label will be used and we quote within one business day.
Are the labels waterproof / oil-proof?
Yes. Our standard synthetic materials (PP, PET) with the right adhesive are water- and oil-resistant; we confirm the combination for your product before you order.
Removable vs permanent adhesive — which do I need?
We supply both. Permanent adhesive is the standard for product labels. Removable adhesive is for labels that will be peeled off — price tags, promotional stickers, reusable containers — and leaves no residue.
How long does the adhesive last?
Unapplied labels have a shelf life of one year when stored away from heat and direct sunlight. Once applied, the bond lasts for the life of the product on the recommended surface.
Gloss or matt lamination — what is the difference?
Gloss lamination gives a shiny, vivid finish; matt lamination gives a soft, non-reflective look. Both protect the print equally — the choice is about the look you want for your brand.
What is the difference between a sticker and a label?
In practice they are the same product: a printed self-adhesive material. "Label" is usually used for product information, "sticker" for decorative or promotional use.
How many labels per roll, and can an order be split into several rolls?
Roll orders usually start from 1,000 labels, and we can split an order into several rolls to suit your line. For small quantities we recommend labels on sheets instead of rolls.
Sheet labels or roll labels — which should I order?
Roll labels suit automatic labelling machines and labels that will be over-printed later (dates, batch codes). Sheet labels suit small quantities and hand application.
Can you print serial numbers, barcodes or QR codes that change on every label?
Yes. Variable data — serial numbers, barcodes, per-unit QR codes — is printed on our digital presses from your data file, or on thermal-transfer printers for high-volume coding.
Do you make tamper-evident / VOID / anti-counterfeit labels?
Yes. Void and destructible materials, tamper-evident seals and verification QR codes for bottles, cartons and electronics.
Can you print white or metallic on clear/metallic stock?
Yes. We print white underlayers and metallic effects on clear and metallised stocks.
Which unwind direction and core size does my labelling machine need?
Check with your packaging line which way the label must come off the roll (unwind direction) and the core diameter your machine takes. We rewind to any unwind direction and core size — tell us the machine model if you are not sure.
