Supplement and pharma folding cartons are rarely folded by hand. Our structural design team draws each folding carton to run on your packing machine: crease depth and board grain set so the blank opens squarely, glue flaps and tuck tolerances sized for the machine's feeder, and lock-bottom or crash-lock styles where the line needs the box to form itself. A white sample is cut on the digital cutting table from the actual board before any die is made, so you can test it on the production line and change the drawing at no cost. Boxes then pass the same folder-gluer and inspection every lot, so the hundredth thousand box feeds the same way as the first.
